Art Research Assesment

For this assesment, I chose to research photographers Ansel Adams, Rinko Kawauchi, and Laurence Adams. Their different styles of photography makes for a good research since they have their own point of interests. Although, their love for nature is something they have in common. 

Ansel Adams:

 This is the image I chose to research for Ansel Adams. The details of the icicles captivates the viewers and the smooth flowing edges of the icicles makes sure that your eyes doesn't leave the picture immediately.

Rinko Kawauchi:

    Hi Reign,
    Yes, These two images work very well together, especially the close-up and vertical compositional elements. The Laurence Aberhart photo you chose in your assessment is also about nature but it is very symbolic (dark angel against a big, overcast sky) natural setting. These should offer you a useful set of options for your environmental kaupapa.
