Written Response:
Nosedive means a sudden fall this was shown in the film Nosedive by showing the main protagonist Lacie Pound take a massive fall in just a few hours. A positive thing about this rating system is if you have a high enough rating you can have a huge benefit on life, but on the other side if you can't get a high rating you are treated as a criminal and on top of that you can't be your real self. Characteristics of females to get a high rating is to act lady-like and have a pretty face to be able to be liked by people. The scene where she started losing her mind and her real self at the wedding because I feel like this just proves that getting people who have low ratings did lose their mind at some point. It's a little realistic of a future for us because right now no one ever thought of turning social media as the same thing on the film.
